The North Pole is a website made especially for candidates of the most thought-after job of being Santa's helper for the holiday season. The website keeps the process as simple as possible, gathering all the information, tests and interviews in one user-friendly, whimsically designed space.
The design of the portal aims not only to be effective, but also to tell a story and guide the user through a journey — just as a real job for Santa would. The user is led through a whimsical and exciting experience, while still being able to easily access everything they need: their application status, past and upcoming steps, and all important files.
The design of the test environment keeps the same whimsical character of the portal but simples it down and eliminates distractions to create a focused, calm space that supports concentration and clearer decision-making.
